Responsibilities

Fast-paced internal Creative Services department is seeking a highly-organized, strategically-minded team member with a passion for doing great work in a high-volume environment. This project management/account management position requires both exceptional execution and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.

The work is incredibly varied and includes everything from integrated marketing campaigns, websites, brochures and videos to daily small requests. This role requires working closely with clients and our internal design team to scope, plan and build best-in-class marketing materials. This person must strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, assignments and budgets
  • Facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes
  • Identify needs and allocate appropriate resources
  • Establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service
  • Identify potential issues and devise contingency plans to correct and keep projects on track to successfully complete within scope and budget
  • Facilitate and drive resolution of business problems
  • Manage and maintain project budgets
  • Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in the creative/agency or advertising industry
  • Experience succeeding in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects.
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Direct work experience within a creative landscape
  • Direct work experience in graphic design and print production
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, project management software (such as Teamwork or Workfront)
