The Role:
We’re looking to bring on a Head of Talent who will work closely with the CEO to build a world-class team and culture. You will help lead the growth of our team from 10 to 50+ in the next 12-months.
What You’ll Do:

- Own and redesign our recruitment life-cycle, including lead generation, screenings, interview process, offers, and onboarding.
- Hands-on recruit (source and screen) for a number of roles simultaneously.
- Deliver on ambitious hiring targets in a rapidly changing environment
- Train hiring managers on how to sell, assess skills, and close candidates
- Ensure every candidate has a delightful experience regardless of outcome
- Further our best practices for diversity and inclusion
- Work with the existing team to build out values and culture
- Improve employee onboarding and establish manager training
Who You Are:

- Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, and 4+ years of experience leading talent teams in a high-growth early-stage technology company. You have grown headcount at such a company from ~10to 100+.
- Strategy: You have successfully implemented talent acquisition strategies at a high-growth early-stage technology company.
- Brand: You have deep experience building an employer brand that is a talent magnet through non-traditional content development.
- Bonus: Experience recruiting for senior-level roles (i.e., VP and above).
