The Head of Sales will be responsible for the overall business development strategy and execution for Sevenstep, with the goal of achieving new client growth as well as current client retention. In this role you would build strong relationships with regional and global organizations, identify potential prospects, and deliver a sales execution strategy that drives global revenue growth through our RPO, MSP, and Consulting channels. This includes both landing new clients, as well as promoting expansion of services with our existing client base.

As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of business development professionals in the planning, development and execution of marketing and business development strategies in order to achieve short and long?term revenue and profitability goals
  • Working with executive leadership to assist in the growth of the company’s RPO and MSP customer base to drive strategic sales initiative to expand our global footprint
  • Identifying the business challenges of potential clients and creating a customized solutions package to drive down our client’s cost and increase efficiency
  • Participating in networking functions such as annual industry conferences, trade shows, and internal marketing events to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business
  • Promote Sevenstep’s corporate image and brand through participation in professional organizations and similar groups
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to solution for our existing and prospective clients hiring needs and business objectives, which includes consulting on technology enablement, automation, and offshoring options solutions
  • Maintaining a strong business relationship with existing clients
  • Working with executive leadership and our Transformation team on thought leadership activities within the Talent Acquisition space
  • Leverage the Sevenstep brand and company culture, including our extensive training program, breadth of service, and entrepreneurial feel

As an ideal candidate you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience, or be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service
  • Demonstrated experience selling Enterprise RPO Solutions to mid-size and large companies
  • Have experience with a variety of industries (i.e. Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services), as well as a mix of RPO solutions such as high-volume hiring, niche, MSP, and hard-to-fill solutions
  • Have extensive experience creating and delivering a successful sales pitch strategy and presentation to prospective clients
  • Have proven experience in creating and delivering on Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Hands on experience with TA technology, automation, and offshoring of services
  • Be highly articulate describing complex situations in a clear and understandable manner using an approachable and consultative style
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated
  • Position will require up to 50% travel
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
