Perform accounting and bookkeeping data entry and other tasks including but not limited to accounts payable (A/P),accounts receivable (A/R),journal entries, transaction classifications and reconciliations

Prepare and examine invoices, accounting records, including monthly financial statements and other financial reports

Maintain proper record keeping of shipments and financial records, both paper-based and electronic

Follow all company policies and procedures concerning date security and other confidentiality matters

Some college level accounting coursework and/or 1-2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience strongly preferred

ATTENTION to detail and strong organizational skills

Strong computer skills, emphasis on MS EXCEL

Willing to work as a team player

Demonstrated Ability to multi-task between various functions

Ability to communicate effectively with customers/suppliers and our business associates

Ability to follow up and see issues through to resolution

At least 3 references required.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
