Job Summary

Harley-Davidson has an aggressive and exciting strategy of growing ridership in the US, and a critical component to our success will be how well our Marketing functions can effectively communicate to new and existing audiences.

This is a role that will help bring our new and existing products to audiences in very tangible ways. We are not creating bikes and waiting for customers to walk into a dealership to see them, this position is part of a new team that will help shape how we bring our products to our future customers!


Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to ensure that all events are delivered successfully to the highest standard and in line with budget requirements. You will work closely with our event agency partners to deliver a range of consumer events for different market segments. This involves the development of each event plan, on site execution of the plan, and providing input into the team’s Customer Experience roadmap.

You will have the opportunity to become intimately familiar with both the existing line of products that Harley-Davidson offers, and even more so, the exciting new products yet to be announced!


Education Specifications

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.


Experience Requirements

This role typically requires at least 5 years of related experience highlighting:

  • Experiential Marketing
  • Prior integration of other media channels to amplify the Experiential Marketing experience
  • Experience working with various external agencies
  • Experience working across different cultures


What is NOT Required

Riding a motorcycle is NOT a requirement for this job but willingness to learn is preferred.
