Responsibility for a Food Manufacturing Operation with over 60 hourly associates and up to 5 direct report managers / dept. heads. Experience in Poultry and/or generic food operations a must. At least 8 years of progressive plant experience. Must be familiar with HACCP guidelines, MSDS guidelines, U.S.D.A regulations and procedures, Food Safety protocols (SQF, BRC audits and certification attainment a plus), minimum equipment maintenance experience a plus, Supervisory training / skill manditory, familiarity with I-9 documentation procedures and general guidelines for hiring/training/dismissing hourly associates, and other daily functions in a food operation (Logistics, customer service, product specification development, new product startups, equipment installations, new operation startup). The successful candidate will have some education / training and/or certification in Quality control, SQF, ISO9000, or other similar quality life/management programs.
This position reports to the Owner of the Company.
Starting salary commensurate with proven experience. Bonus structure available up to 25% of annual salary. Great benefits.
