Director of Optical Operations

Are you tired of late nights? We are currently seeking a Director of Optical Operations for private (multi-unit) MD practice.

The Director of Optical Operations must have a proven track record of driving sales through a consistent, high quality patient and customer experience in a multi-unit optical environment.

• Ability to ensure flawless execution of superior customer, establishing high standards of performance and operational excellence through high performing talent and adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Leads teams through effective performance management to include activities that ensure goals are consistently being met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Attracts and hires talent to ensure positions are filled timely, ability to build a bench of talent to be ready for placement.
• Analyzes the business, creating and communicating clear action plans that optimize results
• Inspires team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of personal growth and accountability.
• Provides on-the-job training and guidance
• Creates an inspiring and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years multi-unit optical management experience
• A proven track record of delivering positive results and positive growth
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
