Fletcher Construction is a fast growing deck, installation company. We are in need of a qualified individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, and have excellent communication skills, construction experience, and a desire to provide excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Include: * Generate material orders for decks( some training provided ) * Order and schedule delivery of materials with distributors * Work closely with our sales team and installation crews to ensure a smooth installation process * Schedule county building inspections * Schedule misutility marking * Assist in the creation of our weekly installation schedule * Monitor and order stock inventory * Assist other project managers with daily workflow * Evaluate and troubleshoot service issues * Communicate with customers ( scheduling notifications, service issue resolution, etc. ) * Assist the production coordinator and company management as needed Qualities Expected: * Highly motivated * Attention to detail * Willingness to take on new tasks outside of the listed job description * Willingness and desire to learn new skills * Excellent communication skills ( Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus ) * Excellent time management skills Experience Preferred: * General construction experience Full Time 35-50k depending on experience Company vehiclePaid holidays/ vacationHealth benefits
