Position Overview:
- The Database Manager is responsible for all analysis performed and direct mail files prepared for the designated mail house; providing team support with regard to all planning and analysis; for managing all databases and lists supporting Marketing and Gaming programs. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Mount Airy Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control standards and Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for providing analysis of player-tracking information.
- Responsible for assisting in developing, coordinating and implementing all aspects and activities of the database in accordance with establish policies, procedures and controls.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of databases and systems used for operational Marketing efforts.

Essential Requirements:
- Casino Experience is Required.
- The successful candidate will have knowledge of database technology, systems infrastructures and direct marketing campaigns.
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft software, as 400 query, access, show case query and website maintenance.
- Background in database marketing or marketing required.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, Math/Statistics or related field preferred.
- Three or more years experience with database design, list management, and/or programming experience is required.
