Job Summary

The Business Analyst will lead the efforts in defining and implementing the set of policies in support of the Data Management organization.

Major Responsibilities:

The Data Management Business analyst will work closely with members of the CDO office and other stakeholders to:

• Support the Integrated Control Framework.
• Help in maintaining and updating risk and controls taxonomy.
• Prepares regular core team and Leadership project update materials based on team decisions
• Support communication efforts
• Support training efforts
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists and partners

Qualifications:

• Has a strong background in Data Quality, dashboarding, and metrics
• Understands control systems and relevant technologies and how they interact with each other
• Has strong management, organizational and evaluative process skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop / maintain productive business relationships with internal and external partners
• Experience in Metadata process, repositories and technologies
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Organizes the work to be performed in a logical, sequential method, while applying consideration to cost/resource, schedule, and quality constraints.
• Assists in the development of communication plans
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• 5+ Experience Required
