Job Summary
The Business Analyst will lead the efforts in defining and implementing the set of policies in support of the Data Management organization.
Major Responsibilities:
The Data Management Business analyst will work closely with members of the CDO office and other stakeholders to:
- Support the Integrated Control Framework.
- Help in maintaining and updating risk and controls taxonomy.
- Prepares regular core team and Leadership project update materials based on team decisions
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists and partners
Qualifications:
- Has a strong background in Data Quality, dashboarding, and metrics
- Understands control systems and relevant technologies and how they interact with each other
- Has strong management, organizational and evaluative process skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop / maintain productive business relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience in Metadata process, repositories and technologies
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Organizes the work to be performed in a logical, sequential method, while applying consideration to cost/resource, schedule, and quality constraints.
- Assists in the development of communication plans
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ Experience Required
