PURPOSE:
The Corporate Brand Manager is charged with developing and managing the strategic brand direction for American Woodmark Corporation. This position is responsible for building corporate brand awareness focused on four main constituents – our workforce (both current and prospective employees), industry partners, consumers and the financial/investor community. The Brand Manager will identify and lead key projects in support of this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage & maintain the corporate brand identity across all mediums (web, social, print)
- Ensure brand standards are maintained and distributed appropriately across all locations
- Develop strong internal and external relationships in order to build brand awareness with key constituents
- Coordinate and execute initiatives to promote the company both internally and externally
- Support company events and initiatives to ensure consistency with corporate brand standards and messaging
- Manage activities and relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Serve as a resource for the organization as it relates to the corporate brand
- Lead or participate on various teams as assigned
- Manage trademarks and copyrights for all brands. This work will require close collaboration with the channel marketing teams.
- May be required to work with confidential information
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Brand Manager will report directly to this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or related field; an MBA or advanced degree preferred;
- 5 to 10 years of marketing experience with a record of consistent contributions/successes within an organization
- Creativity and ability to “think outside the box”

- Demonstrated project management skills
