Who We Need

Wilks Construction is searching for a Project Manager to support the construction of various Industrial projects in West Fort Worth, Texas.

Our ideal candidate will increase our success by:

• Planning, coordinating, and directing all aspects of various Industrial projects.
• Conferring with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems.
• Providing daily and weekly schedule progress reports for the project.
• Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
• Tracking and receiving material deliveries.

Educational and Other Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as Construction Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, surveying, estimating and engineering principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, safety manuals.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient manner.
• Willingness to join an exciting, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with Executives.
