Major Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, well-structured analysis and actionable plans to solve complex data problems
- Act as business lead for projects from instantiation through implementation.
- Assist in the design of the company’s data extraction, staging, and loading to data warehouse and data vaults processes to ensure that data is as consistent, clean, and accurate as possible.
- Expertise in data modeling and design for data warehouse, business intelligence, and data provisioning environments
- Document and maintain standards, procedures, and policies.
- Perform periodic reviews to ensure adherence to the CDO EDMA architectural vision.
- Considered highly versatile, and as such, may be called upon to fulfill a variety of functions
- Regularly works under deadlines and may be subject to extreme workloads.
- Drives continuous improvement in teams, services, and processes
Qualifications:
- Typically requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise data warehousing/business intelligence solutions, preferably in the financial services industry

Advanced communication skills level for composing and writing original documents, recommendations, reports, and internal presentations to management.

Extremely proficient in SQL for activities including data analysis, profiling, designing, and testing

Experience with relational and MPP databases including Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, and Greenplum (Postgres)

Proficiency in common data integration patterns and processes including: ETL and ELT Tools.

Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, MS SSIS/SSRS, and Tableau query and reporting tools

Knowledge of AWS Cloud services like S3, Redshift and stream-processing systems: Kafka & Kinesis

Proficient in all standard productivity tools (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)

Prior experience using JIRA and Confluence is strongly recommended.
