Bilingual Project Manager, Engineering
Under broad direction, this position has bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of a project. Possesses knowledge of the respective industry.
Job role has budgetary accountabilities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all phases of project planning and execution on large-sized domestic and international projects.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Responsible for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
- Supervises personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
- May also serves as the proposal manager of large domestic and international project proposals.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 4-year engineering degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 15 years related experience, with average experience of 20 years
- At least 5 years of refinery experience
- PEMEX experience desirable
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- PMP certification preferred and will be required within one year of hire
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
