    Assistant Construction Manager, Multi-family Housing

    Owners Rep Experience Required

    *Construction Manager for all activities associated with the construction of a Ground-up, Multi-family Housing Construction. 5+ story buildings.

    New Construction, Ground Up.

    Capital projects insuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.

    Computer Savvy.

    Bachelors Degree

    Construction Project Manager. Builder Background – High Rise Residential & Commercial Projects. Will be involved in estimating, scheduling, reviewing contractors, change orders, meeting with architects and design team to resolve conflicts.We seek inquisitive, energetic and dedicated professionals.
