Position: Executive Assistant
Wholesaler of remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges looking for a person who will work directly with the VP of Sales. Understand all aspects of the business to facilitate in the growth. Having QuickBooks experience is a plus and ability to process orders quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties
Duties:
- Process Daily purchase orders
- Scheduling meetings/meeting minutes
- Communicate with clients
- Assist VP of Sales Manager with any extra duties
- Communicate with Warehouse over any special requests made by customers
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask
- MUST BE ORGANIZED!
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Dear System, Quickbooks a plus+
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
