We are immediately looking for ONE go getter that wants to take advantage of a huge opportunity to work in the voluntary/supplemental benefits market in Tucson. We are based out of Scottsdale AZ but we do business in Tucson and need boots on the ground there where we have had great success the last 2 years.

One note: We prefer a candidate with a AZ Life and Health license or someone who can study and get the test done within 10 days.

Our carrier, Allstate Benefits is now number one in the country for most premium dollars in the workplace. Their products are financial life changers for families that incur unforeseen circumstances such as Accidents, Cancer, Heart Disease and Death. We stop the Go Fund Me Pages and Protect the Paychecks! We compete against the “Duck” and do VERY WELL!

The position available entails working with Allstate agents on a weekly basis to be the go-to person to run appointments that THEY put on YOUR calendar. You will be meeting with CEO’s, Owners, HR Directors and similar benefits decision makers to spread the word about our products and secure an enrollment. You will work with the employer to present the plans to the employees in a group setting and then enroll the employees into the plans which is what drives your pay.

Most of the service work including claims handling and billing will be done by our office in Scottsdale freeing you up to run more appointments and call on more agents to get them involved. You will have full access to our office manager for help at any time. All company materials needed for presentations will be paid for by the agency.

This is a 1099 SALES opportunity and only for those that can work independently. You will be the person that agents will trust with their clients and once established, your business will continue to grow with word of mouth among all other agents. No cold calling needed unless YOU want more appointments on top of what the agents are giving you to start,

This is a commission-based opportunity so we prefer candidates that have a secondary income to give us 60 days to get you trained and enrollments started so you can earn a significant income. Commissions are the highest in the industry and the sky is the limit as to potential earning income. You will be trained and visited once or twice a month by the owner of our insurance brokerage who has 19 years’ experience in this industry and was the top in his field in 2018 for our region. You will be reimbursed monies for expenses based on a schedule determined at hiring.

We will be screening applicants and asking those that fit the mold to send us a short selfie video answering a few questions about yourself on top of the pre-screening questions.
