Compliance: Monitor and Assess current projects for compliance risks.Evaluate all business activities relating to compliance,Audit processes and procedures,Manage and lead compliance procedures in individual stores and franchises,Develop plans for crisis events or compliance violations,Work with CEO to review potential future compliance red flags,Maintain an ongoing understanding of changing regulations and laws as they pertain to the business.Franchising: Ensure all franchising documentation meets the legal requirements of all States,Prepare new franchising agreements,Establish compliance procedures for franchises,provide first response services to franchises requiring assistance with compliance,review and advise on Leases.
REQUIREMENTS
Batchelors Degree in Law
Three years previous experience in compliance and Licensing
Proficient Computer Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Goal Oriented organized team player
