As the Vice President – Real Estate, you are responsible for overall management of the real estate sales division. You are a results-oriented, self-starter who will develop and execute the business strategy to startup and grow the brokerage to be the leading real estate company in the Fort Smith Region.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Develop and implement business strategy
- Recruit, hire and retain top producing agents
- Supervise agents to ensure all legal requirements are being met
- Develop marketing and training material
- Additional duties as required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience
- Arkansas Real Estate Brokers License or ability to obtain
- Ability to drive an automobile and a valid drivers license
- Highly self-motivated, detail oriented, a leader, and driven to meet commitments & deadlines
- Ability to communicate both verbally and writing
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
