The Vice President of Product Management will have ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end management of OnShift’s products, from ideation and design through release and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will establish the business cases for our products and coordination of strategies that ensure success and meet our revenue, adoption and customer satisfaction goals. You will also be accountable for the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic product development projects. This is a highly visible role that includes significant interaction with the executive team and board of directors. The ideal candidate will be an experienced product leader from high growth SaaS software companies with multiple product lines.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead, define and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
- Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers, including managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines and market segments.
- Facilitate a strong partnership and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional team members including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Customer Support, and Finance.
- Drive superb execution at a balanced pace, anticipating resource needs, risks, and the need for frequent and clear communication.
- Work directly with C-level executives to drive alignment on strategic product deliverables.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 10-15 years experience leading product management in a commercial B2B SaaS software company managing a multiple product portfolio.
- Proven experience leading and managing high performing teams, instilling a passion to produce excellent products.
- Strong level of strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into execution with a bias towards action.
- Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Crisp and effective executive communication skills, including significant experience presenting cross-functionally and across all levels.
- Experience working with a high-level executive team and board.
- Ability to break down complex problems into order and structure with processes that drive collaboration.
- Thorough working knowledge of agile development processes with a proven track record demonstrating the use of this knowledge to develop and manage products and people through the entire product life cycle.
- Strong awareness of technology trends, influence and impact.
- Human Capital Management familiarity is desired and Healthcare experience is a plus.
