This group of explorers are on a mission of service innovation and brand building that makes our guests and partners rave.We are looking for an experienced social media manager to help develop and implement the social media strategy for our branded representation company and its client partners.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Develop, implement, execute and report on an integrated strategy to grow the company’s and our partners’ social media audience, social engagement and web traffic
  • Manage and monitor all social media content, keep current, and resolve any issues
  • Control online reputation management
  • Curate content, create daily posts for social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest )
  • Create graphic content for social using creative software programs (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Create and manage a monthly/yearly content calendar
  • Research and develop new ideas to target new audiences
  • Manage advertising budget based on partners’ requirements
  • Create a process flow with client partners for incoming and outgoing social interaction
  • Use analytics reports and tools to track post, media campaign performance and growth strategy
  • Research and keep up to date on social media trends, tactics and competition
  • Knowledge of keywords and research analysis (must be familiar with Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz, etc)
  • Ability to assess a situation determine what needs to be done and do it
  • Optimize all social content for SEO
  • Work with client partners to collect photography assets as needed to support written content
  • Communicate with industry professionals and social media influencers to support our partners’ social media goals

Qualifications and Skills

Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.

Creativity and adaptability

Must be familiar with local SEO, as well as writing original content.

Must be able to provide writing samples and links to previous managed social media accounts.

Skilled in utilizing tracking and measuring tools

Experience:

  • Social Media Management: 3 years
  • Social Media Platforms and Tools (ex. Hootsuite): 3 years
  • Canva, Photoshop, or Other Social Media Design Tools: 3 years
  • Google Analytics: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • SEO and SEO Tools: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social Media Certification (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
