3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling is the fastest-growing home renovations company in the nation of 2019. We provide award-winning residential & commercial painting services to the Chicagoland area with a focus on the West Suburbs of Chicago (Western Springs, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, etc).

Sales Manager Job Highlights:

*$75,000 – $85,000 first-year compensation expected. Sales Manager Job Description:

Expected to work 40 hrs/wk, with some weeks being 50+ depending on lead/production volume. The typical workday is M-F with flexible appointments ranging from 8am-6pm. Some Saturdays will be necessary (depending on client schedules). Required to travel between various Chicago suburbs in which we operate.

The expected earnings for the position are $75,000-$85,000. The job also includes full health insurance benefits (which begin after 90 days). Training would begin in January of 2020.

Preferably, we’d like to hire an organized & motivated individual who has had 1-5 years of sales or management experience in the home services or design/architecture fields.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

*Customer Sales & Project Estimating (90% of work is in the field) *Project Management & Scheduling *An Unwavering Dedication To Providing A World-Class Customer Service Experience *Manage Hiring Pipeline of New Project Crews & Interns (if needed) *Use of Online CRM and App to Organize Projects & Client Data

Sales Job Qualifications:

*Highly-organized and detail-oriented *Strong verbal/written skills *Past sales, customer service, or management experience *Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle full-time (90% of job will be in the field) *Industry knowledge is preferred, but not required *Ability to work some nights and Saturdays as needed (your schedule must be flexible) *College degree preferred, but not required

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $36.06 – $48.50/hour.
