Job Summary:
Position: RN – Director of Nursing

Shift: Days

Status: Full-Time

As a Director of Nursing, you will coordinate and direct clinical services and programs for the 34 bed skilled nursing facility and 16 unit assisted living residence, while delivering high quality care to our patients. The position requires development, participation, and/or ensuring compliance in the following areas, as well as additional areas as assigned:

Patient care, satisfaction, and residents’ rights

Nursing policies and procedures

Staffing, employee development, and assisting in management of human resource issues

Budget development

Safety compliance

Required Qualifications:
Current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse

Degree from an accredited school of nursing

Five years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility

Established ability to manage people and processes

Knowledge of State and Federal regulations

Experience with the survey process and working knowledge of the RAI/PPS process

Effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
