Restoration Project Manager and Estimator

Experienced Construction Project Managers— We are looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager to work with our growing team. Your proven track record as a project manager on reconstruction projects, preferably in the restoration industry, will ensure your success in this dynamic role.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for construction restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, estimating the loss and reconstruction of the entire project through the use of Xactimate estimates, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the reconstruction project.

Responsibilities:

Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and mold restoration projects
Selling, estimating, budgeting and managing reconstruction projects
Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements
Recruiting, planning, organizing, and managing crews and subcontractors
Participating in design, process, and permit submittal
Inspect work progress, equipment and construction site to verify safety and ensure specifications are met
Acquire additional labor when needed
Communicate effectively to maintain client relationships

Successful candidates for the Construction Project Manager role must have the ability to manage budget and schedules, and possess exceptional organization and planning skills. Someone with the ability to recognize and solve problems independently would be a good fit for this dynamic construction project management role.

Additional requirements of the Construction Project Manager include:

2+ years of previous experience working as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
General knowledge of the industry and/or product channel or the ability to quickly learn
Must have knowledge of both residential reconstruction experience
Must have a solid knowledge of Xactimate software
Strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
