, a member of the CommuniCare family of healthcare provider is currently recruiting for the key position of Regional Director of Therapy Operations for our facilities in the Louisville, KY region. The Regional Director of Therapy Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Therapy as the region’s senior leader, supporting the clinical operations of multiple rehabilitation practices throughout a specified region. The Regional Director of Therapy functions as a member of management team in providing leadership for the company, in alignment with mission and value.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved, and the practices operate efficiently, during site visits
  • Assures the clinical, operational, and financial success of each designated practice
  • Achieves optimal practice performance for the client and Rehab through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming, and supervising the rehab director.
  • Participates in marketing activities with facilities as appropriate
  • Identifies facility growth opportunities in conjunction with the Marketing Team
  • Works with recruiting to assure appropriate coverage and practice growth through candidate identification, interviews, hiring, and orientation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS


Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of management experience preferably in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to travel as necessary
