Role: Project Manager â Business oriented
- PM must act in a neutral, fact-based fashion while driving the successful end-to-end project delivery without owning any of the resources
- Ability to understand overall project health, and can drill into details seamlessly
- Ability to drive sprint planning, release planning (Agile ceremonies)
- Can lean into the product (understand business objectives, UX, customer journey) and technology (performance, APIâs) to push both sides to action aka a balanced view
- Adept at timeboxing activities and a bias to action
- Maturity with how to escalate issues to ensure surprises are minimized aka no gets blindsided
- Should be able to jump into any situation to support/augment business or IT activities
- This role is a hands-on, roll your sleeves up position to drive a project to completion
- Familiarity with JIRA for creating project documents

Job Type: Contract
Salary: $65.00 to $75.00 /hour
