The Executive Operations Manager will have aunique opportunity to serve on the CEO’s staff to assist with strategic plan implementation, corporate goals, progress data analysis and reporting, corporate performance metrics, and communications.

This role will plan and organize leadership meetings to communicate and monitor performance status, identify gaps and areas to celebrate success. These performance metrics will help guide leaders to set effective goals and direct their teams to achieve corporate level mission.
Essential Functions
- Assist the CEO in the development and communication of corporate goals.
- Assist and guide leadership in the development of corporate performance metrics.
- Support strategic plan implementation with executives and teams.
- Measure progress through data analysis and reporting.
- Plan and organize leadership meetings to communicate and monitor performance status, gaps, and areas to celebrate success.
- Schedule Internal Training sessions and prepare agendas for meetings.
- Prepare materials and data preparation for meetings and communications.
- Document agendas, action steps, lessons learned, and critical content for all associated meetings
- Consistently provide written and verbal communications to stakeholders regarding the status of operational data and progress.
- Ensure systemic communications and documentations among leadership, teams and employees in a scalable system.
- Become knowledgeable about LSI’s work and represent the CEO as requested in meetings and sessions as appropriate.
- Maintain electronic database records and software system utilization to support all activities of Corporate Operations
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding performance metrics, proactively flag potential issues, and follow up with communications to stakeholders for appropriate actions and results
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars for managers and supervisors, which would include scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Support general administrative functions of the organization as requested.
Required Education and Experience
- A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in a Business related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of Operations/Business experience.
- A minimum of 2 years working with Executive Leadership.
- Experience setting performance metrics, KPI’s and soliciting feedback.
- Experienced monitoring success based on metrics and ensuring that the related correlations are accurate to goals and purpose.
- Experience setting up and managing performance systems for analysis.
- Proven success with data analysis, communicating company results with leadership and making recommendations based on data evidence.
- Experience and comfort running leadership meetings that are both efficient and effective on a set cadence.
Preferred Education and Experience
- MBA degree or related coursework in Business or Organizational Development.
