Position: Office Manager/Executive Assistant
The Office Manager is an administrative and office support role with the main responsibility of ensuring smooth operations of the office. This position oversees the day-to-day office operations and is an ambassador to our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all the common areas (reception, kitchen, conference rooms), ensuring the physical appearance of the office is always presentable, organized and visitor ready.
- Communicate and execute office related issues and repairs as needed
- Assists with Onboarding and off boarding of staff as needed
- Onboarding- Setup desk including laptop, monitor, keyboard/mouse, telephone, and other office supplies they may need.
- Off boarding- Deactivate access card, break down all equipment/supplies at desk.
- Register and update all employees with an access card to the building for after-hours access and parking
- Plan and execute employee events and special projects as needed
- Maintains and updates the calendar of office events, client meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Manages office ordering for the office (office supplies, business cards, snacks, beverages and any other office related items)
- Manages inventory appropriately, suggests and implements cost saving ideas with vendors
- Restock necessary items in pantry areas including cold items, dry items, and paper products
- Maintain an organized and tidy office including all conference rooms, closets, and pantry area
- Maintain master list of employees for anniversaries and birthdays
- Help maintain office morale
- Collects, sorts and delivers the mail and packages for the office
- Notify or deliver lunch to employees
- Set up and stock conference room for client meetings
- Maintain inventory on IT items and communicate when additional items need to be sent
- Assist IT Support as needed
- Sends, receives, and sets up computer equipment for new hires/terminations as needed
- Assist with any network issues
- Communicates issues to staff in a timely fashion
- Helps troubleshoot (pair keyboard + mouse, printer issues, phone issues, monitor issues, etc.)
- Work with our CEO and COO on implementing and executing company goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 /hour
