SUMMARY
Pacific Union dba Compass is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Berkeley office: a well-organized energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The role reports to the Operations Manager and provides superior customer service to Associates and their high-level client base using the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Assist Associates in a welcoming and efficient professional office environment.
· Effectively manage high volume of email, phone calls and deliveries.
· Create custom and templated marketing pieces for email, social media and print.
· Troubleshoot and resolve computer and smartphone issues, provide training and assistance with Compass tools, liaise with IT Support and Product Experts as needed.
· Perform Agent AR Billing and Credits Activities
· Perform administrative real estate tasks including, but not limited to Profit Power input, MLS maintenance, upload documents into SkySlope, disburse payments
· Maintain the trust log for transactions
· Maintain office equipment (phones, copier, postage meter, etc.) and arrange for service when needed
· Assist with facilities and prepare meeting spaces (scheduling conf room, lunch, printing materials, setting up monitors)
· Provide staff coverage and compete additional related tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
· 3+ years of administrative experience or 1-2 years of Real Estate experience
· Strong administrative, data entry and technological skills.
· Demonstrated ability to master new software and train others to do the same
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Graphics and design expertise
· Ability to comfortably shift priorities as needed to complete projects and meet critical deadlines while working Independently and with others.
· Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure with a good sense of humor
· Knowledge of Real Estate and MLS system a plus
