Credit Suisse’s Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) team in North America partners with key partners throughout the Bank to meet business demands and an evolving global regulatory environment. NFRM actively identifies, assesses and monitors non-financial risks Firm-wide. In applying our NFRM capabilities, we maintain alignment with the Firm’s strategy, a clear understanding of business needs and objectives, and a holistic view on Global and Divisional operational and compliance risks. We provide second line of defense oversight for Firm-wide operational risks and for thematic Technology, Cyber, and Third Party risks.
  • As part of a COO team, Business Management is primarily responsible for the Financial planning, Technology Portfolio Management, Expense Management, Human Capital Reporting, Administration and Organizational Management of NFRM Division.
  • We are looking for an experienced COO Business Analyst to assist in the following areas:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis including financial reporting, Budgeting & Monthly Forecasting models and Expense Management for the NFRM Division.
  • Technology Portfolio management, provide analytical data around the NFRM IT platform. You should have an understanding of Technology infrastructure and its challenges and limitations.
  • Assist the NFRM COO with driving key innovation and systems improvement projects, working in collaboration with business partners across functions (e.g. IT and Compliance)
  • Human Capital Planning and Workforce Strategy which includes the production of Headcount analysis, forecast open role tracking and workforce strategy project for Senior Management
  • Various ongoing and ad-hoc projects, and support to the COO and the Global Head of NFRM when required.
  • The individual should be comfortable working directly with Senior Management, and demonstrate a confident and professional manner, as well as a “can do” attitude.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge of NFRM wide topics and issues due to the various responsibilities this role entails.

You Offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance, Accounting or Technology field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Technology Portfolio Management
  • Experience in working with large Data driven spreadsheets, and Databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • General Ledger Architecture experience is a plus
