Stream Team Preservations, LLC is National REO Property Preservation company located in Tampa, FL. We are seeking Independent Contractors or Handymen (1099 professionals) to join our team to work on foreclose properties. We are servicing Hillsborough county and the surrounding areas.
All independent contractors must undergo and pass an Aspen Grove Background Check. All independent contractors are expected to have their own tools and equipment to service our contracts. This should include: (trucks, trailers, mowers, drills, compressors, laptop, etc.) and cell phone to complete assigned work.
The work needed will include but limited to lawn maintenance, shrub trimming, weed removal, lock change, winterizations, maid service, evictions, board ups, securing and re-securing, Interior and exterior inspections, minor roof repairs (tarping), debris removal, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, lock changes, padlock installation, water extractions, and gutter cleanings.
You are required to use Pruvan Direct or PPW software to take before, during, and after photos. All independent contractors are required to have Commercial General Liability insurance. You must have Workerâs Compensation Insurance or an Exemption Certificate. You must also have Automobile Insurance.
