New Perspectives Inc is and Adult Development program serving Adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. We currently have three locations in the Monterrey Peninsula: Watsonville, Gilroy and Salinas serving our clients under the San Andreas Regional Center. Our average gross income per year is about 4 million dollars, with a net income of 1 million dollars. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the owner in business operations and personal duties.

All duties will be conducted in a home office environment which include but are not limited to: Financial reporting, Bookkeeping, Travel Arrangement, Ability to Hire and Fire Employees. As well as: Errand Running, Housekeeping, Pet Care, Meal Prepping.

Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Finance or Accounting) and must be certified in Quickbooks.
