Nationally recognized, award winning restaurateur Stephen Starr is actively seeking an EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT to provide him comprehensive administrative, logistical and personal support.

Based out of our Corporate Office in Center City Philadelphia, we are seeking an experienced EPA with style, sophistication and grace, to act as a true professional partner to our CEO and always represent him & the company brand well.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a busy and ever-changing calendar with constant communication and follow-up for both schedule and private events
  • Serving as right-hand to the CEO in all personal/family endeavors
  • Monitoring business expenses, managing and booking travel, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including all necessary documentation
  • Handling of special requests and related duties as needed; running errands
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including cars, flights and other related details
  • Help manage high-level relationships, including updating databases, handling and crafting correspondence on behalf of CEO, managing mail and email accounts, phone, etc.

Qualified candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of personal and/or administrative experience supporting a CEO
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year College or University
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail, hospitality, fashion and/or restaurant industries – a strong plus
  • Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
  • Flexibility in scheduling that will include some evenings and weekend assistance
  • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
  • Must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word with strong understanding of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Superior writing and grammar skills
  • The ability to support our CEO outside of normal business hours
