Director of Plant Operations â Exempt (Salary) Experienced candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of all aspects of our campus including maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program. Maintain proper level of service repair parts for electrical, lighting, plumbing, general HVAC, emergency telephone and security equipment. Prior experience in a residential and commercial setting preferred. Additional qualifications include: Enjoy working with seniors and possess a positive ability to work and relate to others. Must have good communication skills, be compassionate, patient and possess an energetic pleasant demeanor.
