We are a quickly growing company looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to add to our growing team and business. We are searching for a candidate who is ambitious, hard-working, punctual, and will be a dedicated member of our existing team. The right candidate will be able to bring innovative and creative ideas into the processes of recruiting, hiring, and cultivating a strong workforce. Excellent organizational skills are imperative for this position. We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work, show initiative and go the extra mile.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for a number of roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships among internal stakeholders
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent.
- Manage job postings on internal and external web sites
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of talent, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders
- Proactively manage legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations
- Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following: employee relations, company policies, learning and development
- Take an analytical and metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change
- Identify root-cause issues and match people strategies to business strategies that drive results and strong employee engagement
- Build and foster an inclusive and diverse culture aligned to our Company vision, mission & values
Requirements:
- 3 + years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth technical environment
- Proven track record of filling technical positions
- Relationship building with hiring managers at all levels and making successful placements; a network that is active and up-to-date
- Confidence to jump in and move on open requisitions with a sense of urgency
- Creative and innovative mindset and the ability to independently solve problems
- Dedicated to knowledge-sharing at all stages of a hiring cycle
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends and the latest sourcing hacks and tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand/communicate complex technical requirements
- Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter
