TSTC is seeking a full time Director of Agility. The successful candidate must be energetic, agile, flexible, willing to learn new things. TSTC is a small business with a fast growth trajectory. We need staff who have an entrepreneurial spirit – people who understand the need to balance client support and revenue generation with internal projects to support our growth plans. We are looking for someone with the ability to help TSTC embrace agility within the market, across our staff, and among our clients.

Do you consider yourself a “Swiss army knife” of federal contracting – you’re good at a lot of different things from writing to analysis to client mediator? Can you assist with proposal writing and then easily transform into an on-site direct charge analyst or team lead? Do you enjoy diving into new tasks that may stretch your skills and comfort level with enthusiasm and excitement? Do you want to work with a team of like-minded people who enjoy a healthy level of “controlled chaos”? Do you look at problems from slightly different perspectives and angles and come up with unique solutions “that just might work”? If so, we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be a problem solver and and critical thinker with the ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, generate ideas, make recommendations, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Flexibly embrace challenges, effectively set priorities, multi-task, and meet quick turnaround timelines.
- Engage multiple stakeholders on complex topics and provide excellent verbal, written and interpersonal interactions including analyses and results that are well formulated and formatted.
- Help mature the organization via thorough, detail-oriented improvements in processes enabling delivery of quality, high visibility work products with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Radiate passion in helping the company provide outstanding service to its clients.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communicator
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Degree from an accredited college
- At least 5 years in the government contracting (GOVCON) environment
- Direct charge experience
- Proposal writing and management experience
- Able to guide team members below, next to, or above you
- Exceptional computer skills and use of MS Office Suite
- Security clearance, or ability to get one, is a plus
