Reveleer is a fast-growing SaaS based company in Glendale, CA. We empower managed care organizations nationwide to take control of their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement initiatives to improve quality of care and optimize revenue performance.
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead high project deliverables for HEDIS, Risk Adjustment and IVA. This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for leading day to day management of multiple projects including but not limited to creating work plans, identifying and resolving critical project issues, meeting coordination, keeping and distributing meeting minutes, assisting in monitoring project progress through analytic reports and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure that projects remain on track and aimed at successful outcomes for our customers
- Ensure customer expectations are understood and appropriately managed
- Provide additional research and analysis as required
- Maintain an active presence on social media representing Reveleer
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing HEDIS and Risk Adjustment
- Customer management experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Combined education and work experience that demonstrates key project management skills in time and resource management
- Ability to juggle changing priorities in managing a wide range of projects, customer needs and critical paths
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain and write complex information
- Proficient in MS Office
