Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with a talented group of professionals in an open and friendly work environment. You will work directly with multiple clients to develop project scopes and budgets. You will enjoy a wide variety of interesting assignments that make a real impact to the communities around us while:

• Working with multidisciplinary technical teams on a variety of projects
• Identifying project opportunities and actively participating in the proposal and interview processes
• Planning and designing development projects for private and public clients
• Managing work programs, project schedules, and budgets
• Writing technical memorandums, engineering reports, and planning studies
• Coordinating regularly with clients to assure satisfaction

Requirements:

• BS in Civil Engineering (site development and storm water design experience essential)
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a civil engineer
• 2+ years of consulting experience desirable
• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensed in KY within 3 months required
• Experience working with private development clients, and local and state government and special district organizations
• Ability to effectively manage clients and participate in business development activities
• Strong team player that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
• AutoCAD and Carlson or Civil 3D experience required
• Proven leadership skills with engineering staff and organizations
• Strong presentation skills

Salary: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
