You will research and synthesize data from disparate sources to develop recommendations for C-level executives, use statistical analysis and modeling to inform our decisions, and lead the execution of high-impact initiatives. Because the group’s priorities evolve continuously, you will face a wide variety of demanding business problems requiring you to untangle knotty issues and subject them to rigorous analysis. Recent projects have included leading the opening of new offices in Europe; designing a data strategy for the firm’s investment research groups; creating and modeling compensation schemes for new businesses; developing our corporate social responsibility policies; and helping to set and execute the firm’s five-year strategic goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of professional experience and/or a graduate degree; we neither require nor expect previous financial experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities are of particular importance. Familiarity with data analysis, including tools such as Python/Matlab/R, is a plus but is not required.
