The Assistant Project Manager acts as a resource for the Project Manager in running the day to day project management operations on the job.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to the coordination of schedules, inspections during various construction phases, monitoring permits, and daily oversight of subcontractors.

Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders, ensuring work is within the project scope.

Responsible for obtaining sub-contractor estimates and bids, performing project buyouts, and managing subcontractor’ progress against plan.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field (preferred); or a combination of experience and education.

5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Thorough knowledge of general construction and ability to read Plans

Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Windows (creating folders, uploading documents).

Clear communication skills and a strong sense of leadership, positivity, and professionalism.

Valid driver license and reliable transportation.

Able to satisfactorily pass a Background Check.
