POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a competent person to manage a family-owned 120 unit apartment complex in Harlingen, Texas . Candidates should have leadership abilities, inter-personal skills, organizational abilities, verbal and commnication skills, critical thinking, problem solving abilities and a strong work ethic. Computer skills and Quickbooks knowledge are required. The manager supervises an assistant manager and two maintenance employees. On-site living is required in a provided two-bedroom apartment home.
