Administrative Assistant/ Assistant to the Founder/CEO
Overview:
Fast paced, sales-focused craft distillery in Hopewell, NJ is seeking a reliable, well-organized Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, marketing and time management. Responsibilities include offering support to clients and sales staff; maintaining sales records; generating invoices using Quickbooks; preparing books for accounting; performing administrative and customer service related duties; general support and assistance to the CEO and founder. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesnât mind wearing multiple hats.
Requirements:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
* Proven work experience as an administrative assistant
* Organizational skills
* Self-motivated, professional, dependable team player
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Excel
* Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
