Directive For This Role:

VP of E-commerce role will lead TFCU’s E-commerce Division by introducing and improving electronic banking access channels and services in a seamless member experience that strategically aligns to traditional retail delivery. This candidate will identify opportunities and generates initiatives to leverage real-time big data member insights into proactive responses across all member and non-member support channels and product experiences. This role works collaboratively with marketing, business development, operations, consumer lending, business/real estate lending, IT, and all departments that impact the member experience to design and execute a full-service electronic banking experience. Accountable for overseeing mobile banking, online banking, automated phone banking, website, ATM operations, and EFT Services and Payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field such as E-commerce, programming, or web design. Master’s degree preferred.

A minimum of ten years’ experience in banking, credit unions, FinTech, online services, or related fields.

A minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity. A demonstrable track record of successfully managing a department including Profit/Loss experience.

Prefer experience with the following: dedicated, end-to-end member/customer experience strategy; bank/credit union e-commerce/digital and/or FinTech industry

Understand the value to data collection, monitoring, reporting, analytics, and how to impact future business performance.

A high level of analytical ability with an eye for spotting trends and patterns.

Strong experience working with web development tools (JavaScript, Drupal, and HTML).

Highly imaginative and creative design (UI/UX) skills with an appreciation for aesthetics and efficient functionality.

Ability to integrate 3rdparty tools, SDK’s and API’s.

Pay Range:

Depending on experience and education.

Annual Salary starting at: $111,416.63

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m-12:30 p.m., schedule may vary.
