We are currently seeking a Regional VP Of Clinical Services to complete our team. The VP Of Clinical Services is responsible for assisting the assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities,s located in Virginia and Maryland, in maintaining professional standards of operation and full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Director of Nursing experience is strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years clinical management experience in the healthcare field.
- LTC/SNF experience is required.
- Knowledge of state requirements and federal guidelines.
- Organizational skills and flexibility to supervise multiple facilities.
- Demonstrated quality leadership & motivational skills.
