We are seeking a Supplies Authentication Deployment Program Manager who is passionate and motivated to develop and deploy cloud- and hardware-based solutions into our print products. This person must be able to lead and manage complex programs across worldwide teams, understand security technology and its end-to-end integration, and build strong business partnerships. We need someone who enjoys teaming with highly talented individuals, is eager to learn and grow, and make significant contributions to HP’s Print business. Excellent written, spoken communication and interpersonal skills are fundamental are essential. Job Description:

This person will be responsible for managing end-to-end deployment of cloud- and hardware-based Brand Authentication solutions across Consumer and Managed/Enterprise programs. The successful candidate will own program management of security technology implementation in accordance with technology roadmaps and product vintage charts for new and released products. They will ensure authentication solution deployments meet cost, schedule, and quality requirements, and meets business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Define deployment plans of future security features and changes for secure microcontroller technologies and solutions
  • Develop plans and schedules to deliver security solutions on-time for the business and influence strategy accordingly
  • Build partnerships and relationships with the NPI program teams
  • Integrate with supplies/printer program teams to communicate plans, schedules, and represent the Brand Authentication’s security strategy
  • Integrate the appropriate security elements into the NPI development processes for supplies which includes management sign-off at the appropriate program checkpoints
  • Manage the change management process with respect to delivering security solutions to the print business
  • Appropriately flag strategy issues in a timely manner which may impact the business and on-time delivery
  • Assist the organization to remove roadblocks that may cause delay in implementation of our security strategy
  • Leads cross-functional project teams to gain alignment, track actions and issues, and deliver on-time provide
  • Forecast NPI engineering samples for the programs you are responsible for to ensure programs remain on-track and no AOS issues result


Skills:

  • Project/program management experience with demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across worldwide teams
  • Ability to influence across the organization and HP’s print business units
  • Experience with HP’s Consumer and Managed/Enterprise products, including business models, customer segments and behaviors, geographic regions, and print technology families
  • Experience with quality processes and customer support
  • Experience with HP’s product development lifecycle (PLC) and methodologies (waterfall, agile…)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills, including teambuilding, conflict resolution
  • Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Experience implementing and managing change management processes


Education:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Strategy, Marketing, or Product Development
