Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Responsibilities

· Creating concise, eye-catching, researched and innovative on-target content

· Building a following for our brand on social media

· Producing new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities

· Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)

· Monitor, listen, and respond to our customers in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate

· Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed

· Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

· Collaborating with creative team

· Adhering to deadlines

· Perform additional tasks as necessary

· Proficient computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs

· Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

· Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver

Education Requirements

· 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or graphic design

· Degree in marketing, graphic design, creative writing, journalism, English, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
