In support of our rapid growth, Arcoro is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team!
Position Overview
Arcoro is seeking an SEO Manager who will engage with stakeholders, copywriters, web developers and digital content producers to increase our organic visibility across three websites (arcoro.com, exaktime.com and birddoghr.com). You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for developing and refining SEO strategy, driving growth for an exciting construction software brand and HR brands and strengthening their position in key markets. As SEO Manager, you ll be tasked with performing and presenting SEO analyses, implementing recommendations, identifying content gaps, reporting on key metrics and educating others on how to drive organic campaigns forward.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve upon Arcoro s overall SEO strategy, roadmap and approaches
- Conduct keyword research and analysis, and provide recommendations to further enhance Arcoro s online presence
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement an optimized SEO approach to the site infrastructure
- Conduct frequent technical SEO audits analyzing site speed, domain authority, backlinks, internal links, alt text and duplicate content
- Partner closely with copywriters to create compelling content rooted in organic search data,best practices,reverse engineer trending topics and relevant long tail queries
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to find new link opportunities, develop and execute link building strategies
- Execute off-page SEO strategy, including influencer and publication identification, outreach and follow-up, and identification of link-worthy assets to pitch
- Report regularly on SEO KPIs, including Ranking, Traffic, and CTR’s, and develop actionable insights and tactical next steps to drive organic acquisition
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience and education
- 3+ years of proven experience leading SEO/SEM programs required
- Past-proven experience at successfully managing and implementing SEO initiatives for SaaS or other software companies (B2B preferred)
- Solid understanding of organic search and SEO best practices
- Hands-on experience with industry tools such as SEMRush, SEO Moz, Google Analytics, Keyword Finder, Search Console. Knowledge of WordPress a plus.
- Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing, including using tools such as Google Optimize and Optimizely
- Deep understanding of user journeys and experience working with content teams to identify content gaps, perform keyword research, and make recommendations to support the user journey
- Experience with schema.org tagging and other data formats that support SEO
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, tools and tactics
