CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER’S MISSION

Deliver Superior Client Service – Attentive, Consultative, Solutions-Oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct multiple simultaneous research projects

  • Coordinate with internal programming, data and fielding teams and outside vendors to produce quality projects while meeting deadlines

  • Provide excellent, attentive customer service for external clients

  • Consult on all elements of research projects including methodology design, questionnaire development, and reporting analytics, providing suggestions and recommendations where appropriate

  • Create and manage timelines to deliver quality results on time

  • Manage project budgets and costs

  • Support and advise software developers on new features and automations for MFour’s proprietary mobile market research application

  • Perform checks for quality and clarity prior to deliverables reaching clients’ desks

  • Prepare reports that tell a “story,” clearly illustrating data graphically and summarizing findings in easily-understood writing

REQUIREMENTS

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Prior experience managing and communicating with multiple external clients at a time

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while working under deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across varied functions and skill sets

  • Self-motivator who’s excited about research and delivering consistent, quality data

  • Tenacity/persistence and follow-through

  • Proven talent for building new client relationships and strengthening existing ones

  • Less than 5% travel

PREFERRED SKILLS & CREDENTIALS

  • 3-5 years of quantitative research, preferably supplier side

  • 3-5 years of experience dealing with large data sets

  • Prior experience designing questionnaires and analysis reports

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Additional education and/or ad-hoc courses in market research are a strong asset

  • SPSS or other statistical software skills
