Utilant is a global software company with headquarters in Buffalo, NY. Utilant specializes in creating cutting edge software applications for the insurance and real estate industry. Our rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
In this position, the Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of our LC360 software for new and existing clients. During the implementation, the Senior Project Manager will direct and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and will be responsible for the successful and on-time completion of the project and the contractual deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manages projects proactively, working to get ahead of potential pitfalls.
- Ability to work with both internal and external teams to identify options to mitigate risks to project.
- Skilled in working with Engineering and others to manage complex product customization through SDLC.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple client projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Maintains a calm and professional demeanor at all times during the project.
- Strong ability to build and managing client relationships.
- Provides smooth transition and handoff to Client Experience Team at end of implementation.
- Ensure client has a positive overall experience with the implementation of the product.
- Skilled ability to manage messaging to clients as appropriate.
- Manages stakeholder and client expectations carefully throughout the life of the project, ensuring that risks are known and mitigated appropriately.
- Works at a strategic level with client, understanding their business needs and how project implementation may affect different areas of their business/ organization.
- Leads and monitors the full implementation process for large-complex and/or Global client projects to ensure all deliverables are met according to contract.
