Specific responsibilities will include:
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize work
- Facilitate Scrum Work: Sprint Planning, Standups, etc.
- Keep team on track and limit outside distractions
- Bring in new products to ensure proper project tracking and collaboration in the team
- Report to executives and other lines of business current progress and roadblocks
- Help build amazing dashboards that measure core KPIs
- Coaching and training teams on Scrum and Agile methodology
- Track the teams work, remove roadblocks and work with management to prioritize tasks
- Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies
- Keen understanding of national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry cybersecurity
- Noted cybersecurity expert, keeping technical skills current and participating in multiple forums

Ability to identify network attacks and systemic security issues as they relate to threats and vulnerabilities, with focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation
The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm’s cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. The group’s number one priority is to enable the business by keeping the firm safe, stable and resilient.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Facilitate groups of 30 or more, and coach multiple teams across the product
- Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
- Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvements events
- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the team(s) you coach
- Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog including empirical planning
- Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles and help teams appreciate them
- Teach systems thinking and servant leadership
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum Frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
- Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP
- Able to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)
- Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies
- Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
